This was my first try at doing this, it was just for fun and it was a great success enjoy! Might take it a little while youtube processing is being very slow its been at 95% for a little bit now.

my buddy does that often, only difference is he uses almace (not done with excal yet). he tanks it on the tail and eats the flails for breakfast since they are less dangerous to him than the other tp moves

You make it sound like if he had been done with excalibur, he would have been using it over almace... Anyway, I'm not sure why PLD soloing isgebind is worthy of a video. I thought this thread was someone asking whether it can be done--the answer of which is, of course, yes. It'd be even easier with an aegis.

Was only done for fun, wasn't done to impress anyone.
And if he did have Excalibur and wasn't using over Almace, he would be doing it wrong.

Nice try anyway with Almace you would kill him in 10-15 min.
I have Almace and I'm inclined to say that with the Atma set up I was using I wouldn't kill it that fast, and also gotta remember I was still doing 1k+ ws with Requeiscat but I aslo had my added effect procs for 700+
For a solo like this with those atmas, excalibur is the clear winner I'd say.

Soloed this as Aegis/Almace/RDM using RR/Apoc/Mounted Champion. No meds minus regular potions and a fanatics powder after one unlucky terror. Will do /whm in the future, and probably SS or GH instead of Apoc.

my own testimony to soloing it is,
back tank using ochain /rdm for haste and bar spell dia2
atmas apoc RR frozen fetters (should give about 200-208 ish ice resistance with bar spell)
Only uses spike flail and the para tp move when back tanking, flail does about 150 dmg.
takes I dunno 15 > 20 mins.
Fun solo id say, especially when you have groups waiting for you to "die" and well.... you dont haha.
I dont have a vid but Alexw watched me do it, if for some reason some one doesn't think my strat works...

It took me about 15 minutes as well. And there WAS an alliance right behind me with like 13 people. I super tanked some amber up and got a KI that way. They just stood watching me like "get ready, any second now"

Lol yea, I might try it again with a different atma set up, but I still gotta say Excalibur will beat almace, Almace will win in WS dmg but in crit dmg and added effect for a fight that long Excalibur will win, maybe next time ill use RR/FF/MM or maybe RR/Apoc/Fetters since I can refresh myself if I really need the MP.
RR/APOC/Fetters absolutely no need for minikin when you /rdm refreshing yourself and the mp return from ochain all adds up over time eating the flails and what not. However since you use aegis itl be even less of a concern as spells should do no dmg to you pretty much.
I know it goes without saying but avoid ice day or if you want the challenge use minkin over apoc. Spells hurt without aegis when they were not resisted like 2k dmg with the aga4.
