The countings of Relics (Server, Shell, User, ...) shows relcs "double" and counts it "double". If you get a Relic, it is 75, then you get it again at 80, 85, 90, 95. If FFXIAH gathered the Data each time, the Relic could be 5 times count to a Person/LS/Server.
