i don't know why
my LS Community Profile seems to be good
i had used the gw client

Click on Members Menu on the right side of the screen, find your character you are having issues with under Characters and click Edit, scroll down to the bottom of the page and make sure everything is set to No then click save.

my LS Community Profile and ffxiah options were hiding my equipement
i have enable my equipement only in my LS Community Profile and it's good
