Here's a random question, anyone ever had issues with FFXI crashing when you cast magic fruit? Does it every time the animation plays it seems. Sounds like you need to do a file check

just wondering, how much difference tho ? Not really sure on that, i believe it was just +1.
Anyway don't make the NQs, the HQ isn't really expensive and its easy to make money nowadays, i made them NQ back in the day and now i regret it :/ ah , well big difference between 1 M and 15 K ^^;
but again, thinking of making HQ :X Trust me, get HQ.
You'll get picked on and made fun of for the rest of your life if you get NQ. I know from personal experience :( It's Kuro, he gets that anyway. Oh, and file check found broken files, but didn't fix my issue :/
Well, i'd pay 1M extra to white border anything that will probably stay with me forever D; specially when the abjuration doesn't like to exist much :x

My girlfriend used to have the same issue with hume characters using sunburst (this was bad back in abyssea's hayday), we'd run file checks, replaced .dats, etc. Nothing worked, it didn't fix til she started playing on a different PC, no idea what the issue was. your harddrive is probably dying, blazza
Can someone explain the DPS formula for h2h or link me to a page that explains it with an example?

Then find someone to email you the damaged dats and manually replace them. So your base dmg is 35+48(the .4 gets floored off)+3+fstr. If you have 5 fstr( randomly picked check bgwiki for a more indepth explanation) you have 91 base dmg, which means each fist will do about 180 dmg a hit at capped attack. If you look at Vere 90 on BG it lists 7.84 as the DPS. (+35 DMG and +51 Delay) According to wiki the normal DPS formula is: [(DMG rating of weapon) x 60] / (Delay of weapon) This works fine for other weapons, such as daggers. When I use it for H2H, I get 6.888 vice the 7.84. What am I missing? Doesn't damage+ go up with skill level for h2h? I haven't played in a while so I could be completely wrong.
It looks like they include the +3 that is part of the H2H skill part of the dmg equation in the dps formula.

Martial Arts VII is listed everywhere as having a base delay of 280. Edit: Calculated 6 h2h weapons. My answers match BGWiki. Only thing I could think of that would be 240 is possibly half of 480 delay(possibly the dps of 1 fist, which wouldn't make sense because the +weapon delay isn't halved)? Although it does seem to be like that is the number it is using.
