This has been asked a lot lately so I apologise for giving this already beaten horse another kicking. If I change nations, will I keep my current collection of outposts for use in the new nation? Or will I simply get my outposts back when I switch back?
Unless something has changed in the past few years, iirc you lose all your outposts and have to get them again, but if you switch back the old ones are still there.
It was previously as Azurea said however a recent update changed it to where you keep your outposts as you change nations. So basically your OP warps follow you nation to nation and w/ enough nation hopping you can grab all the OP warps w/o having to annex territory.

How do i buy a token with crysta.Sorry if i spelled that wrong.
ive been doing ZeniNM for months now it seems, and have not seen any piece of Hachi even with TH10 on the mobs. is the drop for those mobs borked or did we have a bad string of luck? sample size is 5 sub-boss 2 PW.

So 7 kills and you expected some of the rarest gear from 75 era? Sample size too small + bad luck, really.
i understand the rarity factor, and the PW drop pools were actually reported to me as i wasnt able to attend either because of work, so might not of gotten a true answer from that person.but with that being said just wondered if anyone who has successfully seen Hachi drop, and what was their sample size and TH lvl.
Well only 1 piece drops from each boss and PW, it's only a 4 piece set. Keep that in mind.

Why are you so concerned with hachiryu anyways? All of it, I believe, is far outdated.
its still on my bucket list :) between trying to cap all jobs and gear for those, there is alot of older content i want to do, instead of standing around PJ waiting for the shouts that never come. the hours i play dont allow me to participate in too much modern content other than an occasional VW shout, just trying to stay busy when i have free time. :)

Has to be NQ. I had an old Hellfire +1 lying around in storage and was curious myself. He wouldn't take it.

You don't. But you do.
You don't because you don't need the key item to actually hook them. But you need an Ebisu to fish them up and an Ebisu to fish up their bait fish without a tonne of breaks. If I remember rightly, the Lu Shangs has a near 100% break rate on Matsya. I haven't personally tried but I know a few that have.
So, because you need an Ebisu to fish them up, yes you need the Serpent Rumours because you need that to get an Ebisu.
