i saw in the annihilator thread some discussion but on this but seemed more like supposition, basically is snapshot like fast cast aka precast gear? if so whats an optimal snapshot build?

I don't know an optimal build, but yes, I'm fairly sure it's like fastcast, so you can "precast" in it then swap to other gear :3
