Nothing bothers me more than women that intentionally make themselves look and appear intimidating. Both in looks and attitude.
You really shouldn't have to give yourself a "bar" of expectations or standards. Simply find a girl who seems to have a personality or disposition fitting to your like and ask her out for a drink or lunch. Simple as that.
Lunch & drinks are always the perfect starting point and open doors to just about everything from *** them silly for one night to having a possible long term relationship with an awesome person. Where it goes, who knows? You'll just have to try and see.
