Forgive me for being cynical but I'm finding women more and more to be disposable pleasures than meaningful pursuits.
Too many are selfishly motivated, cold, and overall have no empathy or consideration for others or their emotions. Or perhaps I'm just unlucky all these years.

I guess I'm old-fashioned and don't just need physical satisfaction from a relationship. Sex is great and all, but... Ya need more than that in a relationship. Who said 3-4 weeks? One date... Wait 5-9 days and have the next, then 5-9 days after that. So, between 5 days and 18 days (at the very most) after the first date you're having sex.
in my mind, great sex is one of the fundamental components in a great relationship, along with trust, honesty, blah blah blah.
So yeah, it would be nice to have sex on a second or third date, that "hold out for more than a week" ***won't fly with me.
