There are huge differences between homosexuality and pedophilia. HUGE differences. You cannot control who you are attracted to. This is true. In that sense, yes. It IS true. However, you CAN chose if you go for it. Wanna be gay? By all means.

Want to take advantage of someone in their teen years, who are more than likely just looking for attention and the feeling of being loved? When YOU are past that age and if you feel like that YOU *** up your life? There's the issue. Not being attracted to a hot young lady/guy.

Ah, you're right, I misunderstood. As for controlling emotions, good luck. I'm pretty good about doing it myself, but every once in a while they slip through...usually anger. If you can go through life in today's world without being pissed off at all, then all I can say is Live Long and Prosper, Mr. Spock ^^

Because despite our constitution, our government includes religion in everything. And religion says homosexuality is wrong. If you want to include it though, it ALSO says pedophilia is wrong.

My sister is happy now. She likes to play computer games on the family computer. She plays them all the time, so you would have to agree she is happy and contented with her life. You can't say she is overly happy because she still gets mad at her husband, my parents, and myself occassionally. But you have to say she is happy.

Her kids are suffering. Her 3 year old and 1 year old kid is suffering because my sister is too happy to take care of them. That job has become mine and my mother's responcibities.

You can say that her happiness is my suffering.

Look at any dictator in history and today. They are happy, because they are in control. Their subjects, however, are suffering because their "leader's emotions" caused them to suffer so.

Anyone's happiness always leads to somebody else's grief. Somebody's sadness leads to other's enjoyment.

If we all learn to live contently, the only "non-emotion" humans can conceive, then we can live a peaceful, advanced life than letting our emotions control who we are.
