Depends on the spells... really I ended up solo almost all of them. With the except of those damn weapon breaking ones most arent too bad

Just... Round up a ton of whatever mob you need, then cast Diaga / Banishga on them (depending on their level b/c a spell needs to do 1 or more dmg for tp) and then use a weapon with a ridiculous delay and low damage, like the 999 delay relic weapons, treat/trick staff, etc.
If you do that, it's pretty easy to get them to spam skills, especially under 25% hp.

All of that is extremely easy to solo at lvl or below if you find the right mob well cept jettura but that spell is sucky
