I would have to think tantra body +2, being as you get 20+acc/att from melee gloves now, BB 4/5 maybe even 3/5 tantra +2 would hit haste cap and keep a high amount of kick attacks+ and acc/att.

If you're using Verethragna, the -5 delay from Tantra Cyclas +2 will give you the effect of about 1.13% haste. I do not know all of the math involved to figure out how much the differences in str, atk/acc and crit rate change things, but I would think that with Impetus up Tantra should easily win. I would also bet on Tantra winning with Impetus down.

Best case scenario for Hachiryu in this match up would have acc a little below cap and atk way below cap, putting the crits and zanshin to work. With the current state of the game and the gear set OP posted, this is an unlikely and highly contrived situation.
