Has this ever happened to anyone
So i just finished my 90 Almace. I was like all yay and happy and crap right...then i sorted my items...............
 The freaking thing droped from my items >.<!!!!!!!!! just finished talking to a gm...and because i did a restore on my character like 5 years ago...they wont restore the item...but im refusing to take that as the answer...i had the GM send my request to an SGM.... had the sword for all of 9 seconds....

Woah... I've never seen that happen before. Hope the SGM helps... It didnt drop you threw it away. :D Auto sort shouldnt do that if it does the item would be redeemed im fairly sure.
So you accidently dropped it and are posting this to save face right? Either way, GL getting your sword back.

no...i dident accidently drop it...i wasent even on the sword. I sorted my inventory from the top of the list while the almace was at the bottem of the list.
probably dident help that i was in the clusterfuck of ppl right by the magian moogle... Well that sucks. I hope you get it back.

I was under the impression they could not restore anything augmented. A friend of mine who had never used his restore attempted to use it on SMN AF3 +2 hands, SGM declined his request due to the item having "special properties". Nonetheless, best of luck, your friends will probably murder you.

Any r/ex weapon that has undergone a magian trial has an aug symbol, Almace included. well not getting it back through item restore...the SGM said they cant restore it...but will submit a bug report to the Devs...and its up to them if i get it restored...which can take from 1-6 MONTHS.....
An unfortunate occurrence to be sure, however auto sort most assuredly did not cause this issue. More than likely, due to lag, you hit drop item rather than sort items. Unfortunately I'm almost sure that GMs can't return any item flagged with an Augmented flag.
Sorry for your loss, hopefully it's resolved. Let this be a lesson to always at least skim the text before you click "yes".

I doubt they will have much sympathy when they see timestamp in your screenshot.

im probably gonna just say *** it and leave it be...i made the almace for the aegis i was building and im probably going to stop that now and just do an apoc...
