It's been how long since SE has KNOWN about this crap? Months. It probably got worse since the "free trial" accounts.

Free trial accounts need to limited to sending tells to people ONLY on their friend list. Maybe make a rule so if you were sent a tell you can reply so that the real free trial people are not hindered.

Hell SE should do a sting operation! It would go like this:

Innocent player- oh! hi! i really want to buy your gil but i don't have a computer! can i just give you my credit card number and you give me the gil?
RMT- OK number of card then to sent gil
Innocent player- okay my card number is 1234 5678 9012 3456 exp 1/2012 and security number 123
RMT- OK i trade to you gil i log off and i trade in bastok.
Innocent player- OK ty!
