Both my estimates ignore the possibility of your mod20 stat gimping the AGI bonus, but even if we subtract 1 from each AGI in case you're not getting the full benefit
1.) 10.5/4.75 r=2.2
2.) 10.75 vs. 10 r=0.93
In case 1, Cuahu+1 is much closer to winning if the benefit from attack scoots up a bit.
For Athos vs. Toci's, it has to scoot up A LOT no matter what.

Err.... Athos's has 15 AGI vs. Toci's 16~17 attack and 3% TA/DA.
The Attack is worth 5~6 AGI. The STR is likely worth 3~4 AGI if you aren't getting Boost-STR (call it 9 AGI total). 3% DA/TA is worth . . . ?
PS. After playing with 99 Terpsichore on the test server last night, I am really not regretting going for it. It is lame, but the best thing the weapon does is let me not use steps nearly as often. Also, consistent 2k Pyrric Kleoses and freaking ridiculous OA2-3 aftermath isn't bad either. Plus, you can offhand 99 Twashtar! I just wish Terpsi had 25~30 less delay.

Oh, I forgot to account for the DA/TA and Attack from str, mostly because I don't have it, and I'm sleepy from elliptic curves HW.

Well then! Okay!
If you are using Ocelo head, is Athos's Tabard or Toci's Harness a better body against easy/hard monsters?
They both give a decent amount of accuracy, so I'll ignore it:
15 AGI vs 13 STR 10 Attack 3%DA, 3%TA
13 STR cancels 3.25 AGI
11.75 AGI vs. 16.5 Attack + 3%DA 3%TA
r = 1.40 + some offset from 3%DA and 3%TA
tl;dr I don't know exactly.
Reusing your suggestionof 9 AGI:
we're left with
6 AGI vs. 3% DA and 3%TA
Seeing as 3% DA and 3%TA in some situations is capable of beating 7AGI from a 2nd Stormsoul, I actually think Toci's may come out slightly ahead - and pull further ahead the more attack matters.
This is assuming fSTR isn't capped. If you're getting BOOST-STR in Dynamis, Athos probaby wins.

Okay, I guess I can just keep doing Pil and Botulus hope to someday have to choose between the two then.
I also hope to buy a Stormsoul tonight and complete my Exenterator merits! Got 17 merits two nights ago just doing Pil. 150 more stones before I have to start buying Dust. I haven't done much Voidwatch. =P
I think I finally figured out how Summoner is useful in voidwatch fights (because no one is smart enough to use it for Earthen Armor). You can really crank out proc messages on SMN by spamming Assault, BPs, and Dia.

Just as a note to have here for future reference:
Twashtar 90,95, Thokcha, Coruscanti: fSTR caps when STR is 48 greater than target's VIT.
Twashtar 99: fSTR caps when STR is 52 greater than target's VIT.
vs. Dynamis mobs/DC: Hume DNC/WAR with 12 STR merits (101 STR) --> +39 - 49 STR to cap for the first 3, +44 - 54 STR to cap for the latter 3.
As long as you're using Braver's in VW, I'd say the amount to cap is probably the same.
Things to consider: Capped Boost-STR is +25. Red Curry Buns are +7. DNC/THF STR is 2 lower than DNC/WAR. DNC/00 can go sit in a corner. Adjust for your race accordingly, because stat calculator is all AIDS-infested atm.
With capped Boost-STR and RCB, I only need +17STR to ensure the cap for both Twash(90) and Coru.

Motenten's stat calculator works perfectly now, iirc. We updated it. It was a really difficult change to model for all jobs, but somehow we managed it.

Oh, I used to use the website one when I wanted a quick calc, but now google gives a warning that it's malicious, and I'm not a gambler.

Hmm.. google has flagged that page as malicious somehow. I will PM Motenten about it.
I would bet it is just fitting the google profile for a malicious page (ton of scripts), and I trust him, but I guess it is possible something could have infected his page or something.

Byrth, what's your opinion of Twashtar/Coruscanti vs. Twashtar/STRThokcha.
I get really shaky when I have to start comparing things like crit rate vs. attack and fstr.
The thing is, I think for DC stuff and above, the Coruscanti is going to push us from below the 40-50 range to capped or close to capped dDEX. And then there's the +5% crit rate ...

And there is Coruscanti's severe damage x-factor that they may fix some day. I don't know, but I bet Motenten has a 100% accurate spreadsheet out in a week or two that will tell you. The mathy lands of BG are rapidly approaching an exact pDIF Distribution (not just max/min) understanding, which is not something we have ever had before.
If you say that the STR Thokcha is giving +3 base damage through fSTR and credit it for all that base damage (making it D53), then its base damage and DPS are higher/better than Coruscanti's.

So it really comes down to
1.) Severe damage = what and when?
2.) How much is all that crit worth?
FUZZY MATH WARNING
Crits "roughly" double your damage, so if you get an extra 10%ish crit rate from Coruscanti, I guess to estimate the value we can "pretend" that it's like going from
115 DA --> 125 DA --> 8.6% increase
so if that 8.6% increase is < than the benefit you get from STR Thokcha, then Thokcha is better until the Coruscanti is fixed at least.
If you're getting Boost-STR at full potency, or fighting EPs/oldcontent, obviously Thokcha loses a bit of its edge and Coruscanti likely takes the cake even without the ODSD.

Also obviously, the more Coruscanti is grabbing you for crit rate, the better it is. I just threw a number there.

The other thing to consider: Thokcha helps Exenterator, Coruscanti doesn't.

So coruscanti should still have the lead not including the boost to rudra every so often.

With Miser's Roll (lucky) and Save TP Atma in Voidwatch, 50% is reasonable. You save 45TP every WS and get about ~15 TP back from WS, so you WS again every ~8-12 (call it 10) hits.

I'd buy it, using my pooptastic gear and just eyeballing things (I am too stupid to use a parser) while farming caskets in Gustav I was hitting about 120 taking 12-15 hits to get 100 TP. I would then use Exenterator for 1800-2200ish WS.
TP phase - 1440-1800 damage
WS - 1800-2200
so ~55% of my damage is from WS.
Just rough and probably useless numbers but I was bored (going on my 3rd day living in there trying for earring).

Anyway, quick summary of this morning's stuff for people (this will soon end up on the main page, if Elliptic Curves ever start making sense):
Exenterator: Ocelomeh Headpiece+1 vs. Cuahutli+1
Ocelomeh+1 is the clear winner unless your attack is astonishingly low. NQ Ocelomeh and Cuahutli+1 are sort of even, with NQ Ocelomeh pulling slightly ahead in most situations.
Exenterator: Toci's vs. Athos, assuming Ocelomeh
Toci's pulls slightly ahead unless you're capping fSTR. This is most likely the ranking for bodies for Exenterator, assuming Ocelomeh(+1) Head:
Toci's > Athos > Denali Jacket > Loki's Kaftan
Etoile+2 Tights TP sets: Comparison of Haste/STP -> Hasty Pinion and Charis Tiara+2 vs. Ocelomeh Headpiece+1:
Hasty Pinion usually results in reducing time between attack rounds by 0.01-0.02s and loses 0.2-0.3 TP per hit, depending on your dagger setup, assuming 24.61 haste ("25%") before equipping it, 48% DW, 21 store tp base, Haste, and Haste Samba
Switching from Charis+2 head to Ocelomeh+1 will reduce your delay between attack rounds by about 0.01-0.02s and reduce your TP by 0.2-0.3TP per hit, depending on your dagger setup, and assuming the same as above.
Losing the store TP is worse for you the higher your combined delay
Coruscanti vs. Thokcha offhand
The winner is unclear, unless you're capping fSTR, in which case Coruscanti is pretty much the clear winner.
Capping fSTR
I previously estimated DC mobs in Dynamis to have 92-102 AGI. I'd probably say it's on the higher end of that. I'm also going to go out on a limb and estimate that their VIT is similar just for discussion/estimation purposes.
Twashtar 90,95, Thokcha, Coruscanti: fSTR caps when STR is 48 greater than target's VIT.
Twashtar 99: fSTR caps when STR is 52 greater than target's VIT.
vs. Dynamis mobs/DC: Hume DNC/WAR with 12 STR merits (101 STR) --> +39 - 49 STR to cap for the first 3, +44 - 54 STR to cap for the 99 Twashtar.
I'm working to get this all updated and stuff, until then, read what's already here!
Current sets on pages 83-84.
In general, check the last few pages of the thread, as the most updated information will be there.
