I was having a lot of issues with timing :( This is after slowing the speed down like 80% lol. I agree, its a little short at a few points.

The heavy bobbing is heavy breathing, I animated the speed throughout the animation after that depending on how intense the situation it.

I was having a hard time capturing the panic, but making it look even remotely realistic in the head motions (some points more than others) ended up causing a lot of issue, damn automatic curves -.-

Thanks for the advice :D I wish I could extend the duration in after effects but then it would drop it below 30fps :\ if it even let me lol

For the audio, if the sound is getting overpowered by something in particular, reduce the gain on your mic (sensitivity) or place it further from the sound source if possible. You can also try to isolate sounds or mimic the sounds you are trying to create by using some creative substitutes. You can mix all this together and tweak it how you would like in post.

Okay! Update time (encase anyone cares lol). I found that one of my major issues was made by having an old crappy washer. Also, garage band blows for sound effects. I tried audacity but i couldnt even get it to let me record, I think sound effects are my kryptonite.

The bad news is that I forgot to put soap in the last load of laundry i did for this.

The good news is I succeed in my goal to record a washing machine. What still bothers me is how every single recording I heard of washer and driers just sounded like static and possessed none of that hum I was going for.

Okay! question time:

Anyone have any tips for editing a voice to sound like its coming from inside your head? Also, is there any feasible way to manipulate someones voice to sound like they are phrasing whatever they are saying as a question?

Pitch rises at the end, not sure you're going to be able manipulate a prerecorded voice into saying that though.

Well I doubt anyone cares about it anymore, but with a second solid all nighter, I pulled pretty much everything off, even with it kicking me in the teeth the entire way XD

Here is it:

aah, the heavy breathing -> calm makes more sense now with the audio.

The washing machine sound is spot on! Nice job with that.

It was stupidly hard... Ended up doing the sheet thing and going to my moms house. Lots of waiting because my moms house has an obnoxious heater going about 505 of the time...

One suggestion, fix the channel that the voice comes from.

It's very distracting hearing the voice only in front left speaker. It may not be as noticeable with just 2 channels, I know its pretty noticeable for me.
