Need Help FFXIAH Timed Out Error

Not sure exaclty how to word the title...but here we go...

Okay, my problem is that for some reason I can not connect to FFXIAH.com without going through a proxy server.

a. I have tried multiple browsers, Internet Explorer / Chrome / and Firefox all up to date.

b. I have tried on three different laptops and pcs.

c. I have tried on Windows Xp and Windows 7 with same error on all three.

d. I've done a hard reset to the modem with no help.

e. Tried coming to the website with the ip of ---, didn't work.

d. I've done nothing I'm aware of to get banned (don't think i'd be able to log in if i could anyway)

help? just rather annoying have to go through a proxy server to get on :(

I removed the IP. Don't put it back in the post again.

You're not the first person to have a similar issue, but Scragg said it wasn't on our end. It looks like you're in the same boat. For the other user, it eventually cleared up.

What's your ISP?

Do you have a web protection program running, like Malwarebytes?

I recently was also having an issue with this. I had other sites I couldn't connect to as well. Turned out to be my router had some DNS address. I didn't know. Told it to use the from the ISP and everything was fixed.

You can call your ISP and tell them you are having trouble connecting to certain sites, maybe they can give you a new IP or DNS.
