Use gaea Ironically enough, these days most of Target's prices are identical to Wal-Mart's prices for the same product. It's only because Target started out promoting themselves as a 'hip' and 'chic' chain with trendy merchandise at a higher price that they're stuck with the idea among consumers that 'Target is more expensive'.
