Could anyone cast their eyes over my DNC Spellcast and see why it doesn't work? http://pastebin.com/PEGvYSZ0

I'm encountering the following error:
XML Parsing Error: line 87 - Error reading end tag.

Maybe I've looked at it too closely and can't see the mistake right in front of me.

Someone help me out??
