I decided to take DNC a little bit higher, but my currently SC dosen't work properly so I'm wondering if anyone have a 100% functional DNC XML, and able to share it for me to use.

Dnc goes with Mote-Include xml. Dnc r2 goes with Mote-Include rev2 xml. Dnc r2 is using more up-to-date mechanisms and meshes better with the latest universal templates, but hasn't gone through a general shakedown to work out minor bugs yet; I've only done the initial conversion from r1 to r2.
Read the comments of the Mote-Include file you use thoroughly before implementing. In fact, thoroughly review the the entire include if you want to understand all the things it does, and how to set up gear sets to make use of the available options.
