Kings of Nuthin' are neither rockabilly nor psychobilly, but I love them and both of those genres. That's most of what I listen to. That and outlaw country (Johnny Cash, Waylon Jennings, Kris Kristofferson, etc.)
Right on, I was going to comment on the Cash poster in your pic of yours cats in the Pets thread, too. lol
I feel this especially when people try to hide their insecurities in response to addressing the insecurities of others. Everyone is vulnerable, so what's the point in lying about it? It's only when the pain is faced that any healing is done. I'm not good at it, but I do feel that is where true heroism comes from. What hurts us can make us stronger.
Eh. I was years ago, but not so much anymore. Will listen to it if it's playing, but won't go out of my way for it.
For psychobilly, this is more of what I listen to:
Werd, I've never heard of Pitmen, they sound pretty good. D: Meteors were one of the first bands I got into for the genre and opened me up to most of what I listen to now. Wrecking Crew is a classic. :D
