Anyone out-of-the-blue ever start get the wrong fish from a fishing spot? I' m @ Crystalwater Spring in Jugner where I've been catching Crystal Bass (using halycon + sinking minnow) for the past three days. Everyone around me has been pulling up the same. About ten minutes ago I moved about two yalms to my left and now am only catching Cheval Salmon and Shining Trout which shouldn't be in this pond but rather in the streams in zone.

Gotta save up GP now...thankfully it is only a 20k item.

On the plus side, I get to copy off everyone else's work when they figure out how/where to get best bite rate for Tiger Shark.

Also: 2x Pelican ring with full charges to get 110 quickly.

Yeah, total price (I bought all my fish, only now getting to the level where I might be able to pull them in) was around 20M. I didn't keep exact track, but I believe my average was around 27k per gug. Looking forward to recovering some quarter of that when lu shang's sells :)

Idr exactly it was 500-600 gil. Checked before I turned it in for the cap break.

If you're talking about Falcorr then, no; Bladefish is now used instead of Abaia. And Tiger shark NPCs for 570 in Jeuno.

Not so. I was logged out there and needed Gigant Squid and was able to pull in haks while doing that. Don't need expert.
