I should really get off my arse and finish my Clothcraft :<.

Having at least one 100 craft would make me happy, and I could also open my own clothing store oohohohoo

Use some of that patience that you have for fishing, and transfer it to finishing Clothcraft! If I could I'd give you some of mine, I could sit and level CC for hours, but I'm such a bad procrastinator lol.

They do indeed stack. The same ring will also stack with itself too. If you have two pelican rings, you can use both rings and get the benefit of both. I'm pretty sure that's true with all the rings.

Has anyone ever gotten the Fisher's Rope from the too weak monsters at the beginning of the maze? just wondering lol...would like to know someone else did so I know I'm not wasting time.

Yes, you can.

Edit: It has atleast been proven for the Fisher's Torque from low level goblins.

i still cant imagine any benefit to having another 10 levels of fishing, especially one that costs a month of GP

So any tips on what to fish to skill up to 30? I'm at 22 atm.

I was trying Nebs in SSG with Halcyon+Shrimp. Bite rate was nice but after 3 stacks of Nebs and no skill ups I gave up >,>.

Next I went to Crystal Bass in Jugner with Halcyon+Minnow. Got a 0.1 on the first cast but the bite rate seemed really bad. Sometimes 5-10 casts of no bite or items/grabage.

After that I went out to Bubu to try for Shall Shells for Halcyon+Robber. Server crashed before I had a chance. So not sure if I'll even be able to catch those.

I have +6 skill in gear. Should I take that stuff off for better skill ups on Nebs?

I would do cone calamary in qufim or someplace similar. they are easy to pull up and gave me good skillups.

I think you should still be able to get skill ups on nebs while wearing the gear(I wear fishing gear and cap on them when I make fishing mules). I assume you could catch shall shells easilly enough at 22+6.

Still fishing up Istiridye with Halcyon and Crayfish Balls. These things rock! Can't afford a Lu Shang's yet, and there never seem to be robber rigs on the AH. Still pretty happy with this though. Currently at 12 (+5).

I quit minnows. There's a player botting them 24/7, quite literally, at every guild on my server. There are easier ways to get bait at this point.

I don't have the inventory space to make fresh bait. And I can't make the minnows due to there never being any carbon fiber around.

Anyone know where and what lure to catch Elshimo Newt? I always used to pass these up for guild points but since the next update will have the increase to crafting/fishing. I want to make sure i have the 100k GP in the bag as the update comes so i can focus on woodworking gp.

I tried looking it up on wiki, since bg dosent have the info, but its search function seems to be out of order :/

So fishing! Does anyone have any recomendations for skillups 97+? I started Armored pisces at 97, but is pretty slow going, getting 0.1 out of 150 catches on average so far. I have heard ppl say pisces aren't great for skillups before, but I don't have any of the KI to go after liks or the like. Anyone got any suggestions? or is skillup rate just really that bad at these levels :S
