Soloing Hydra

I just decided to solo attempt Hydra as NIN/DNC (maybe /RDM would have been better, dont know atm). It was out of sheer boredom, Port Jeuno gets quite boring after 10 minutes and i was there for hours..

Was just wondering if anyones actually done it since his regen can get really annoying, i got it to 86/87% in a steady easy fight with no real problems until he did Trembling after he ate shadows..

Dont ask why i decided to attempt it or want to pursue it, its something different, and its a challenge at the most.

It's been done before.

Any proof of that?

Yeah, it's possible and not that hard. Hardest part on our server is finding it up, because people buy Berserker's Torques and it's an easy enough solo that people kill him for them.

Yah thats what i saw, and i just solod it now lol no drop tho

I've never seen a torque drop in over like 30+ kills, and only 2 axes. None of the kills had TH, but I was really only doing it for the scales to synth into Orochi Nodowas so it didn't really matter to me.
