So, since people can't figure this out, I blended the outside and inside border together, it's on the right. I found the hex color for Dark Tan, it's on the left, and the ugly color in the middle is regular tan.

TP bonus Fusetto is probably just more base damage because when I checked it was still 100 tp bonus.
2-4 Parazonium was -10 delay.

i know i've said it before, but really, each relic should have a glow that resembles the color that their relic weapon skill particularly produces

in the case of amanomurakumo, STROBE LIGHT WHITE
