do fishing skill ups slow down just like a regular craft post 60?
meaning am i only going to get .1 skill up per chance of skill up, and no more .2's or .3's?

You can still get 0.2's and 0.3's right up to 99, they just aren't as common.
But yes, get a pelican ring or 2

got the ring with my mule....place 21st with my main....i just hit 50 so by the time i get the ring ill be into my 60's.

I received two .3's at lvl 99 without pelican, getting me 99->100 quickly.
