I'm Looking for Weekend Event Players
Not anyone will do, we want Players that we will get along with.
Non Elitest type Players wanted, looking for members that fit in and is willing to Show up to Events during the weekend.

Social/Event LS with a 2 Lot Job Policy.
-1st Job Being your Event Job. (Must be Approved)
-2nd Being any job of your Choice(Personal Job).

Mon-Thursday is Social and your time, you may do what u want.
Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are Event Days.

Friday: Desired Items. 2pm PST 5pm EST Time
Where we do events depending on people most wanted items, Submitted to our Site.

Saturday: End Game Events. 2pm PST 5pm EST Time
Einherjar, Voidwatch and Soon Legion.

Sunday: Empyrean Armor Farm Day.
2pm PST till about 8pm(I Release people after 4 hours and Continue event Lowmaning.)

Attendance: RL>FFXI
You will be asked to come to Events if you are online.
The Only Excuses accepted will be RL Excusses which you wont be online, Which is Understandable, Accepted, and Encouraged

Empyrean Armor(AF3) +1, +2, Items.
No Random lots against Each other!
When +1 Seals drop 90% I ignore them entirely.
If they are on ur List your are entitled to them, Speak UP! -.-
+2 Items are taken more serious. Never start casting lots on them w/o Stating your jobs is a 1st or 2nd. People might be almost done, I expect most people to step aside and let other finish if they are close to being finished. Close to me means 2 or 3 off.
We do 6/6, 8/8, 9/9 w/e for members then Move to next person.
This has worked out perfectly in getting people's Gear done and wont change. Be patient and Trust me your all going to get something.

Lot Jobs: 1st, and 2nd.
Upon joining the LS, you'll be asked to Choose 2 Lot Jobs.

Event Job:
AKA your "1st", is the Job you will be bringing to Events with us and has the Highest Lot Priority, and has to be accepted by me.

Personal Job:
AKA your "2nd", is the job you want to personally gear up and may lot for only if no one is lotting towards item as a "1st" Job, and can be any job because its purely for personal satisfaction.

Priority Rules:
Lot Order Determined by /random's or Cast Lots, in the begining of a new Run/NM

1st. Jobs
"Always Wins by default over 2nds, if tied with other 1st, they will lot/random against each other to see who gets the First set of items for their "1st" job. Same Goes for second 1st, but i will expect some sort of side stepping when lotting against Players that have yet to Gear out their Event job. Thank you."

2nd. Jobs
Always Loses to any 1st job lotters, Same as above, people that call out 2nd w/o any 1st jobs lotting item, Will Battle it out for Order.

Random Items:
Alot of items go FL for a lot of Jobs, all I ask is you Lot accordingly, which to me means, if its useful to your Main Event Job and can be used to help you help us, then Lot away, if its a souvenir item to you, please pass and let someone else that can, and will put it to use.

Yeah, these guys are good people. I was in their dynamis shell until I left the game. The whole lot are very welcoming and love to help you out.

Bump, if you're Asuran and in need of a good ls that is helpful and rewarding then ZTBZ is a great ls. Good ls, Great ppl!

I've been in a few endgame Link shells and although you get gear and such, It's usually full of elitist who think they are better than everyone and no one wants to help anyone but themselves. That is not the case in this LS :) me and my dad joined a few weeks ago and The people in this LS are very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and they get stuff done on event days. You also have plenty of free time Mon-Thurs to do your own thing. Awesome LS, Join US

I miss this LS ZTBZ is by far the best EG LS I have been in. It's fair and the members are always willing to help each other out.
