There is a decent amount of EU players on Shiva. I know a decent amount of EU players (myself included) and do come accross others quite frequently. :)

Nope, EU prime times are pretty dead, only picks up around 11pm-1am about in line with when the americans wake up :(

I wouldn't say it's pretty dead... It's just not as populous as NA and JP times. If you're after shouts and stuff, they're quite common 6pm+ gmt. Before 3pm is when it's all JP and you're better off soloing/with your ls.
