Euphoric Linkshell is currently looking to recruit 2 regular experienced members within the GMT time zone (or if your playtime corresponds to ours).
As we're currently undergoing a few forum changes here's a little about us and what we'd expect from you:
About Us
We're a predominantly EU Linkshell and as such operate within those hours. Our event times are 19:00-23:00 BST everyday except Sunday and Wednesday, giving our members time to level up, do quests/missions, craft etc etc
We do a variety of different events including VW, Abyssea, Dynamis, Sea, KS99s etc we'd be open to doing anything that would benefit the shell.
As with most players our recent focus has been on Abyssea, however our focus has switched more to Voidwatch, mainly T4s, and the new Dynamis as less is required from other areas of the game.
We do support members in aquiring Relics and Empyreans, however obviously you'd need to prove your own worth to us before that was an option.
What we'd expect from you
As stated above we're looking for 2 regular members, one of those preferably being a career WHM, if you aren't a WHM you'd be expected to have a good job spread including at least 1 support/mage.
You'd be expected to have geared your main jobs appropriately and have sets relevant to it's use, nuking/enfeebling/curing/WS/TP etc etc including damage reduction/idling sets for all your jobs.
You'd be expected to have at least a basic understanding of game mechanics and be expected to do your own research in relation to the events at hand.
We aren't looking to carry anyone, there is a minimum standard; we're looking purely for someone who has confidence in their own ability. Please don't apply if you don't think you'll be able to add to our own group.
I realise the EU community isn't huge on Siren so hopefully by putting something up here we can tap into a source that we haven't yet.

Euphoric is currently seeking 1-2 experienced endgame players in GMT timezone.
What we do
We are a focused group and will centre our attention around whatever endgame content is available.
Currently our focus is on ADL, Provenance and Voidwatch.
We farm ADL regularly, we have alot of relic holders who are all eager to 99 and perhaps later afterglow..., some are now finished to 99 but we've alot more to finish off.
Provenance we've only lightly touched on, there have been a few returners to the shell who we've helping to catchup to the level of everyone else.
Voidwatch is also something we farm regularly, most of the linkshell have scratched off the wins for each of the zones and its just been a case of farming the items that are most wanted. We keep an active monitor on the items that are wanted in order to tailor which we do appropriately.
We haven't yet done legion but intend to schedule it once the announced changes are made, we don't intend to try to put 36 ppl together.
What we are looking for
We have pretty much all jobs well covered but are looking for a couple of seasoned players who have a varied job spread and a good understanding of the game.
If you're a melee you'd be expected to have an emp or relic if you were intending to use it.
We'd expect at this point in the game and with all the sidegrades and situational gear that any applicant would understand the need for a good knowledge of utilities such as spellcast, if we see you rocking a single gearset throughout a fight you probably aren't going to fit in.

Alot of the players here have been on Siren for a very long time, and most have been playing together for that time, we'd like a couple of additions but at the same time they'd need to be the right kind of players.
