As NIN/WAR how many red !! WS can NIN use?
Besides Katana, GK, and Dagger, which ones can NIN access?
All but great sword I believe

Seraph Blade, Raiden Thrust, Seraph Strike, Earth Crusher. We're short a few skill for Sunburst.
Sunburst requires merits and staff skill armor (torque or hachimaki).

What about Red Lotus Blade? And what polearm can NIN equip?
need a pitchfork for raiden. shouldn't need anything special for rlb.

Ninja can hit 11/13 with staff merits and the Halloween polearm. Any ninja should be expected to have ten (staff).
You miss scythe and great sword, there is absolutely no way to obtain these.

Raiden thrust: (unless you have the Halloween fork)
Sunburst: Currently only available if you have staff merited.
Freeze bite: No GS that nin can equip

It depends how serious you are about ninja. As a dual boxer it's really nice not having to risk my mage's life by getting into AOE territory.
Also, as nin/war you get earthcrusher so it's 9/13.

Maintenance extension night. Most of us would have been on for 5-6 hours already and haven't gotten our fix. We need to find ways to be superior other than dual boxing mobs entire alliances used to wipe to.
