The original medic pack with the Kritz, Ubersaw and Blutsauger was my favourite pack :D

Yup, it's by far the best saw in the game. It's good when you kill a spy with it, it's essentially a free 25%+.
It works best with the traditional medigun because it's slowish to charge.
Though it helps with the kritz too. The Quick fix is kinda bad.
