Spies are awesome. YER+Dead Ringer and you're pretty much unstoppable... if you can get good enough with it. It's hard running about as an uncloaked/undisguised spy and get away with it.
Sucks if you're going against a team with an itchy finger pyro (like me) and they're puffing the fire around spy checking. Then spy work gets harder.

i find dead ringer spy to be difficult to play :/

they're probably fine

well for one, yeah Pyro's suck. Remember who sucks on the other team as a Pyro, and remember who is good. If someone is good and spy checks, run from them gtfo of there. You will lose 99% of the time. Though, with the new gun I can kill them in 2-3 shots. As for Dead ringer it's awesome. You can basically take 300+ damage and only take maybe 10-20 points of damage. So what you do is when you know you've been found out, whip out the Dead ringer, and start planning your escape/hide. If you arent using YER then change into a different disguise and run right back in. Work a lot because most people are too fast paced and dont think about Dead ringer.

I can't even count the number of times where I will come face to face with someone I'm disguised as and they just go on with their business. I feel bad for them when I backstab them 2 seconds later. :(

normally i do a double take and shoot them with something
lately i've seen spies go uninvis in front of me

Love playing bow sniper with a razor back.
Staring a spy down as they uncloak and try for the front stab.
Then I bash them with my machete...also IDK how but I have a knack for hitting cloaked spies with arrows lols.

Yeah gotta cloak/disguise uncloak/undisguised in private. Usually I do it at spawn and then as I'm running around with no one around I uncloak. A lot of times invisible spies sit at camp and say, "blahblah is an spy disgused as such and such pyro." and you run in and like the scout picks you off with a pistol and ur like "how's that work?" well... like that. -.-

Meh, Razor back Snipers are to cocky. head shot them twice with pistol and their dead.
