is it just me or do 4v4 strats always end up like this:
Terran: MMM, thors, battlecruisers
Zerg: lings, mutas
Protoss: voidrays,stalkers

Im pretty sure im the best there is at this game. I just bought it friday, and i can beat the bots on normal at least half the time. who wants to 1v1?

I started playing online when I could take down a "very hard" bot. You have 50 games online where they don't count against you or anything, they're just for practice. I'd recommend trying some to see what normal players do.
Some tips:
Macroing is the key to win a game. Hotkey your unit production facilities and while your first attack force is moving across the map, start building more units.
Expanding helps wins come easier.
Work on your build order! Can't hurt to watch some pro games and see what they do

45% chance one team macros towards an early aggressive push and wins outright because the other team has some idiot going straight Battlecruisers or Carriers or expo's before making any units whatsoever.
10% chance the macro team loses because the other team manages to defend (cause may be rusher incompetence, or techer skill) and their cheese tech successfully guts two or more rushers (Banshee, DT, Void)
25% chance both teams macro for a push and it reverts to a massive macro game or one team loses because of exceptionally poor micro
10% chance one team wins because they have 3-4 Zerg and they cheese the *** out of the other team.
10% chance one team wins because some moron doesn't block and gets cannon rushed or speedling run-by and destroy him
Started to actually ladder now.
Used to have a weird paranoia about going on the Ladder, I kept away from it like the plague, but now I've started I can't stop D:

Just got a match against a guy in placement matches with only 2 matches before mine, only one win..
And he was set to favoured.

Just beat a Rank 31 Silver, I [was] rank 4 of my division Bronze, now rank 2. >:>
my 3v3 team's mmr is soooo stupidly high~ we're in bronze division rank 1. but we're playing against top 8 platinum/gold players

I can't remember if we played much or not, but I think I've gotten a bit beeter.. Though I'm still Bronze. :<
Anyone with the EU version of the game want to play Catch 'N' Run?
It's awesome, it's basically what it says, but the people on the run can build Tents for money, towers to (try)destroy the hunter, and can build units to help defeat the hunter.
Maybe not now, but sometime :D
