Before we derail a christianity thread let's all profess our love for LoZ in this here thread instead! Some questions to get us started would be your favorite game of the series ofcuz, and your hopes for future games.

Myself, I favored Majora's mask out of them all, in that I found the mask system and the usage of familiar characters from OoT was really ingenious. Hopefully we'll get some OC that is comparable with OoT and the like, instead of nintendo's recent destruction of certain series. *cough*Metroid: Other M*cough*
I swear if they butcher Zelda like they did Samus, I will personally destroy worlds.

Windwaker is my favourite and will probably always be my favourite.

I completed MM for the first time today actually, I liked it. OoT and Link's Awakening are my joint second favourites, probably TP and MM after that. I didn't like ALTTP much.

Out of the spinoffs I think Oracle of Ages was my favourite, followed by Minish Cap.

Oh god the Oracle games.
Played it at least 4 times, different animal summoned each game, and there's that second play through after you beat it the first time @_@

LTTP and Majora's are close behind. I liked the original as well. I didn't think TP was all that great, but I wouldn't mind giving it another go.

I've never played Windwaker. Maybe I should.

Windwaker was definitely fun, sailing the ocean was a nice change of pace to escape the dungeon crawling. I think Majora's mask was the best though, the mask system was really fun. That, and Fierce Deity rape. Link to the past was pretty good, not quite sure why you didn't really enjoy it too much.

OoT: 3D is worth every penny and then some. I'd buy the system for this game.

I would, it's really unique and certain elements of the game are only found in Windwaker, even if you don't like cell shading. No other LoZ game will have you being eaten by a giant freakin Hurricane if you don't have the Fairy Bow and blown off to a whole different part of the world, or the constant fear of being surprised by a giant squid that draws you in with a giant whirlpool and you're left to circle helplessly as you get eaten D:. It's really something else.

If you played it after the 64 ones, I could see why that would be the case, I suppose. Dunno, I just liked warping between worlds, and laser master sword was cool. I can't speak much on the DS ones, haven't played them.

I don't remember much in the way of character development for LTTP.

Well seeing as it was originally on super nintendo, you can't expect too much on character development.

I did actually skip that one. As a kid I completed Zelda and Zelda II then I for some reason skipped LTTP and played Link's awakening instead. Then I played OoT and tried to go back to LTTP and it was just... weird.

That's not true, I remember getting really attached to some characters in Link's Awakening.
