Theres a Mars's Ring that popped up on Alexander, trying to bazaar (Alexai) in Lower Jeuno for 60m.
Wondering if it was stolen or something.

I don't know for sure if it's related, but a person in my shell did lose her account recently (for a second time) and she did have a Mars's Ring.

Also, judging by Alexai's price history, I would guess these rings are probably not the same ones.

Well you can't really kill AV that quick. If someone actually got AV below 30%, there would be a crowd watching. People do pass through that area.
