I'm with Flion on this. The mods have guidelines they themselves must follow and I'd imagine if one of them stepped out of line Jaerik or Scragg would intervene. Personally, if I were to receive some sort of serious reprimand for my actions from either of them, I would feel extremely shamed. I respect them way, way too much.

I'm not even a mod but if I got a warning I'd probably feel the same way. With the old forum rules I oculd get away with a lot. But since things change I don't even test it anymore because I respect those two as well as the mods. IDK maybe just because I've been posting so long. I remember you guys before y'all worked for the man!

I was just curious, when there is a potential banning or any serious issues, do the mods get together and discuss the issues and then take action? Or is it in the hands of whoever is presented with the situation and they decide what to do?

If it's a clear breaking of the rules, we'll discuss it after initial action has been taken. Then we decide if the temp/perma ban is enough or too much.
