What is the Moogle Crafter and what do it do?

Located at the Crafting Guild in Windy Woods F-12

Part of the quest for the Moogle's Largesse(sp) Put on the novennial wear from the bonanza moogle, and then talk to the moogle, then with the novennial wear still on, go talk to the Moogle Crafter. Can look this up on wikipedia though.

When you talk to him, an buddy of mine just sent this to me:

Supposedly as the quest goes on he follows it up with
