9.5 because it's a very solid and much improved game (on the whole) compared to its predecessors and with a few changes (to problems that most casual players won't even notice) could be arguably the best multiplayer experience yet. Well deserving of a 9.5 as far as I'm concerned.
If the lack of massive innovation is such a problem, I presume you have an issue with skyrim too?

I think you should index every image and organize it all by subject matter. You can cut out all that dreaded chit-chat while you're doing it. The only other solution is to lurk less.
