i guess saying "a lot smaller" would be a bit of an exaggeration. but i wouldnt know first hand since i havent played it on pc. i can only go based off the youtube videos that i have seen.

money isnt whats holding me back on getting a rig to play it lol. i just meant that i would want to build it myself, but being that ive never actually built a computer in the first place is what i was meh-ing about.

Well, building a PC isn't that hard. It's actually really easy. For the most you just plug a bunch of parts together. Someone that you want to remember when building computers, static electricity can break components, so you want to make sure you properly ground yourself. If you ever decide to build one, there are plenty of videos around on the internet that demonstrate how to build one.

I consider myself extremely well versed in BOTH the 360 and PC version after having recently bought PC version on black friday. I had the 360 version since pre-order/beta.

The Graphical quality on the xbox 360 version is on par with High and Medium mixed settings, versus the PC having the option of Ultra on good end machines.

In terms of maps being "scaled", the size of all modes matches up on every single comparison with the exception that the consoles are lacking "Conquest Large" with 32 and 64 player max slot servers. Consoles are restricted to 24.

I have noticed very minor differences however when playing Caspian Border for example; There are a few less trees and bushes as well as a bit less debris on consoles compared to the PC. It's nothing near game breaking or a game changer at all.

To me it all boils down to just missing out on "Conquest Large" which i have to admit i still have a hard time adjusting to at this time on PC.... I still play normal conquest and even do 24 or 32 people max... 64 is just too much for me at this time... the play style isn't honestly compatible for me.

All and all i feel as if the game is extremely similar on all formats, PC will always win though but i almost want to say i enjoy the console version better at this time... much more casual and laid back.

unlocked 4 of the 10 weapons that came with b2k. the sights for the 4 that i unlocked are kinda dumb, makes its a little more challenging to get the first few kills to upgrade. once you do unlock them though, they are quite beastly.

famas was the first i unlocked. when you get grip+rds/holo/reflex is when it becomes fun.

the second assault riffle L85A2, takes a bit of work to unlock but it pretty good also. fire rate on it is a bit lower but it still does work. unlocking it took a few hours though. squad deathmatch can be frustrating without a solid team.

engineer's first gun is the hk53. it reminded me of the mp7 but with more of a kick. rather easy to unlock and works well on the field.

the second weapon for engineer is qbz-95b. just unlocked it minutes ago and not too impressed. the 50 rocket kills went fast in team deathmatch but the payoff isnt very high. i dunno, ill play with it some more to see if there is a practical application for it. so far ive lost a lot of fire fights with it.

got six more weapons to unlock and overall they are pretty bad ***. id also like to not that the sounds the guns make when fired are cool also.

I can speak in terms of BF2, if it hasn't changed too much, the range on the sniper rifle will be ridiculous, like the M98, and the jet, when properly controlled can go from fighter to 'air turret' and be even more accurate than a chopper can..

In BF2, in the F35B, dipping your nose didn't change ***really, just altitude (and not much, even at 'low altitude, you had a good 10 seconds to fire before needing to regain altitude) you didn't go into an 'arc' like you do in the choppers.. Properly handled, the F35B (BF2 had both, so I'd been awaiting anxiously to hear which variant we get) can literally become the title I attached to it, air turret.

Doing so kinda leaves you open to attack.. The planes, choppers and rocket launchers were bad enough in BF2, now we got stingers to worry about.. So I don't imagine there will be a lot of that (it takes a good 10 seconds + to go from hovering to fixed flight, fixed flight meaning the very minimum speed needed to obtain lift.. When you go from hover to fixed flight, you're really just in a controlled drop where your decrease in altitude dissipates over time as you generate lift, there's really no other way to explain it. The entire process leaves you open for a good 30 seconds..

But it can be exploited.. Jet on your ***? You can slow to speeds that would stall them, without falling out of the sky, and all of the sudden the hunter becomes the hunted.. The only problem is when you near that stall speed, you make a reaaaaaallly good target..

The first sniper rifle you get is a trashy semi-auto, couldn't bother myself to use it for more than 5 mins. The L96 feels nice, but it's range isn't that good at all, it starts to drop before the SV and M40.

I've only unlocked the first LMG, but it seems to have potential. It uses a drum magazine that hold 100 rounds, so it has fast reloading like the M27/RPK. Seems stronger than the M27 and even has less recoil with a good fire rate. I can't compare it to any other LMG because I don't bother to use 'em.

The new Jets are mediocre for dog fights, but having the option to go into hover mode about ~50 meters above the ground to take out vehicle is nice. It seems to have an increased turning radius, even at the same speeds as the other jets; and it's slightly annoying because the "hover" button is the decelerate button so if you end up holding it to long you'll popping into hover mode 500 meters in the air.

Also, a side note on the Famas, I can see a nerf coming sadly. It seems almost as strong as the Scar used to be, has SMG fire rate, G3 range, minimum recoil, great accuracy, and has 30 rounds/magazine.

Is the first MG the MG36?
Cause I was expecting greta things from that gun.
Hopefully dropping power/acc of the G36c roughly.
But with the ability to suppress.
Also as stated drum mag makes reloads easier.

Edit: So the Famas is like the F2000?
xD

The MG36 is the second one. If I get it soon I'll let you know how it is.
I've hardly used the F2000 tbh, but the Famas feels broke. lol

i like how they set up the upgrades for it, after like 100 (exaggeration) kills you get foregrip and a decent sight lol. i think that in itself will stop most ppl from using it. no sight on it is painful.

Yeah the F2000 shoots straight, has the dropping power of a LMG and a fire rate of 850.
I unlocked it and was like "Yeahhhhhhhhhhhhhh this is broken."
I never fire more than 5-6 rounds at someone.
They never survive more than that, I don't need to waste my ammo.
I use that gun on any map that I odn't snipe or operation metro.
On metro I have to break out Sebastian(USAS-12). I'm freakishly excited for December 25th.
all the no ranks that I can introduce to Seb.

They have a new auto-shotty. Comes stock with a silencer and increased mag size. Slightly slower fire rate.

They arm it, you run in and shoot everyone and disarm the point.
Ughh.
reminds me I still need squad rush and m-com attack/defend ribbons.
A melee ribbon would be nice too.

I've disarmed M-COMs, but there's never a notice of "defending" like in conquest with Flag Defender.

Well because flag defender is proximity based. So you may not always know when you're in proximity.
For M-Com I think they assume you know you disarmed it.

That's kinda a pain seeing as 9/10 times you get shot by them on their way to arming or you shoot them before they start.

It's really easy if you just camp one of them. I just hid behind boxes in the corner of M-COM rooms on Tehran and waited for one of them to run in and start arming.
