Three other people and myself, search the area wiki said he walk/fly for two hours!! No call no show.. glitch or something?
You gotta buy him drinks first before he shows up :p

Spawned twice today at H6
He can be all the way down by the saplings. Not in game to see what co-ordinates that is though.
I just watched him come out the sky and pwn a BLU next to Conflux #5
I went 1/8 I believe ~ found him down by GG/Trents a few times since on one was camping him. Mostly between 5-8-7.
I got lucky on my kaftan. I was running around lookin for him, and watched a MNK die to it solo. Said "screw it, crour is easy to come by" popped a brew, killed it without proc, and got the drop. The MNK may have proced, but he did go passive (but didn't tic up) so not sure if it was reset or not. Has that ever been tested? I know the general rule is "the mob must go passive" but does it need to tic up once to reset or not... time to do science.
A lot of times ppl aggro him and take off in different directions trying to lose him, I find him all over the place on widescan
killed it plenty of times.. got plenty of procs.. got plenty of.. Searing capes.. never a loki's!!
Furtherest ive seen him is by the limules and the other side close tot he wall past the "eyes"

It just has to go passive. I have personally seen it at ulhuadshi. We were dying, not everyone was dead, but only alive people were weak. So it went passive, the name didnt even go white before we claimed it again and the magic trigger changed to another element.
sometimes it seems like he doesn't apawn I tried to figure out if he just didn't spawn on certain days back when our LS was trying to get Loki for everyone. We would search what seemed like the entire map.
I would check by VC5 (if not near vc4/Buggards), he spawns that-a-way more often than not when he seems missing.

We've had bad luck on drop rates with him with Blue!! and we've had decent rates with him too. I think we had to get 7 or 8 Loki's in all, looking for him became so painful after a while

10/10 for utterly confusing me for a couple of minutes! I actually thought you were saying you'd seen Turul @ Ulhuadshi, now that would have been some sort of kiting record for sure! ;D
I ended up 1/5 on mine and only one of those was in the area stated on Wiki.
The rest were agg'd and claimed near Flux 2 and 5.
Had blue and TH on all of them, its just a shitty drop I guess.

I have killed this thing 9 times and;
Had TH6+ on every kill
Proc'd Blue 8/9 times
7/9 on Cape (Assuming it is very high drop rate 70%+?)
9/9 on waist (assuming 90%+ drop??? Don't think it's 100%)
2/9 on Loki's (10% - 15%?)

Yeah that would certainly explain why he seems impossible to locate sometimes (but seems to find you within a couple of minutes if you are in the area for any other reason than to hunt him down...) - he's off visiting Ulhuadshi and other friends. :D

Wiki lies, but He always spawn near Shadow Funguars or Flux 4. i always found him 5 times with no issues.

If Turul goes passive, he immediately flies back into the sky. If he was still on the ground after killing the monk when you claimed it, someone still had hate and the procs did not reset.
