This is very true, which makes catnip's earlier point a valid argument.
I mean it - is - possible that maybe the dialogue line was overlooked, But all in all, I highly doubt it.

Its the cs for completing the zone... I just got it and she refers to the Hydra core map you get and beastmen, clearly nothing to do with emperyans.
