This is along the lines of what I have in mind. I'm not terribly interested in getting the bodypiece for my BRD, and my BLM is too far from level 75 to factor into consideration. I'm definitely going with Mirke.
I'm having a hard time deciding on the second augmented stat. The first will be accuracy +10 without question, but for the 2nd, I'm torn between the Hauby route with attack +10 and the pseudo NIN AF body route with Dual Wield +3. I'm leaning towards adding attack though. I mean...it's a Hauby for THF, and since it's unlikely I'll ever obtain Enkidu's/Skadi/Heca bodies, I could use this as a full time TP and WS piece (with Rapparee Harness on standby for Utsusemi casts and capped accuracy situations).

For rdm and blm, I cant see a combo that is much better than anything you can buy on the AH or beats your AF.

I hope they make it for any gear and not just body, I can definitely get some new boots for war, mnk, and add to blm. So far I believe it is referring to body. But I just wish. :(

No chance these augmentations are for anything other than body slot, and most likely for the CC bodies only. It would be seriously broken to add this to other slots.

I'm utterly torn as to which bonuses to add to the piece I want. I do hope they allow you to adjust augments of choice periodically (maybe once per conquest tally with a fee?) because the Mirke Waldecors is just made of pure sex for COR & RNG, which I intend to play mainly.

I know its not for other pieces thats why i said I wish. But it would be nice, war have sucky choices for pants or can have better stats added to it. Alot of stuff for some jobs you gotta get from salvage, znm, or where ever r/e that drops are good.

Yeah, but it would still be broken, which isn't really that fun either. Also War has a lot of choices for leg gear :/

Any fellow corsairs out there wanna give an opinion on what they'd stamp on their Mirke Waldecors? I'm so torn, putting on 10 racc and 10 ratk would make a mini-osode alternative to Pahluwan Body or Corsair's Frac+1, or even Skadi's Body.
And if you have QD recast merited fully with -5 QD recast on the augment that's 45 second recast per charge >.>
5% snapshot would be pretty crazy too if combined with jalzahn's ring in assault.
Ugh, I truly hope we can adjust the augments every now and then to our liking.

Like what? I have exorcist hose on my war... I don't have any haidates, ares pants, or znm pants. I have school and it interferes with schedules that I cant even do any of those events unless it was at 12 mid est. and i cant find a ls that does late nite :(. But since I can't get those pieces anytime in the near future I'd wish it was possible to augment legs or feet items :(.

I know there's alot but like i said my schedule doesn't fit in to get any of those events to get the items. So if I have to be stuck with a armor that isnt r/e, it would be nice to at least add something to it.
It's same for MNK pants, not really anything that is not r/e.
I know there is strike subligar...but if i was able to add some things to gear that isnt r/e at least it can hold me until I can get some usukane, haidates, whatever.
Why not Barbarosa or Askar then if your schedule is tight? Neither require the help of a ls to obtain.
If SE doesn't allow us to change our augments periodically I'm gonna be pissed.

But don't you need pre-reqs for the barabossa and I know I'd need help for those quests. Askar is a nyzul, I only have 1-10 win and the static I wanted to join are going when I am in school. I can see if there is a static that needs a person for nyzul but it depends on the days/time they do it.

Pre-req quests and be up to floor 40 is what you would need to get these. Groups can easily be set up via WG /sh. Granted you won't always get the best group like that, but it is an option avaliable to you.
