Well, I'm Taru (thus "lil") and I'm trouble.. so
imma huges 80's transformers fan so i wanted to name myself after one of my favoite Decepticons
needless to say that 7yrs ago seemed to be popular choices for names and not 1 of them i wanted was free.... not even Decepticon... so i just shorted it to Dcon Dragonlance series used to read all the books in high school. Favorite character Raistlin was taken and pretty much every name he goes by so picked his apprentice.
Dalamar was taken so went with the meaning of his last name =/. Most people do not know this tho but i recognize all the names from dragonlance lol. In the book both were black robes and i wanted to be blm from the start so name fits. Virtuosus is a latin variation of the word virtuoso, chosen over the latter simply due to it being more aesthetically pleasing to the eye.
vir·tu·o·so/Noun 1. A person highly skilled in music or another artistic pursuit. 2. A person with a special knowledge of or interest in works of art or curios. I'm not really highly skilled in music or art, I'm just highly skilled in general. Awesome like that, brah. Phoenix.Nightson said: Dragonlance series used to read all the books in high school. Edit: Back in my Imperial Conflict days, I used a Tasslehoff handle in IRC. Was gonna name my character Rabbitslayer after Tasslehoff'f knife if Nightson was taken but figured it wouldn't since I'm the only one that ever used the name lol.

Asura.Tot said: 10 gil for who ever gueses my name! tots tv, the kids show Rikimaru + Ayame = Rikiyame or Ayamaru. I've been told that Rikiyame means "Forceful Iris".
My name is a variation of the latin word for lake (Lacus), Lacus was taken though but now I prefer this version. :)
My name on FFXIV Lacas Baykal is actually a variation of the name of the worlds deepest lake, Lake Baikal. I use that username everywhere to this day. It's also why I go gwgrrr when I see it taken XD
I made Saeki (now my main, left Mir in the dust :x) up on the spot. Thought it was a nice mithra name, and that's it. I made Rekin up in high school when I was writing a novel to pass the time. I thought it was original until one day on FFXI someone told me it was french for shark. Now when someone asks me "What are you?" I reply, "I'm a gd SHARK!"
I use Seriin for a lot of names around the internet but it started way back when I was trying to come up with a name for my kid in a Harvest Moon game. I started with S and went from there adding more letters, eventually coming up with Seriin.
when i was 11 i fell in love with the mythical bird "phoenix" so i came up the the name neophoenix for my old email addresses and what not, after sometime i got tired of it and changed it to "brokenpheonix" (switched the e and o on purpose). i eventually felt that was to generic and changed broken to tagalog for broken which is sira so it became "sirapheonix". it then became Sira for a couple years and felt that my characters needed a last name and pheonix was still to generic so i translated phoenix to japanese which is fiinikkusu, thus "Sira Fiinikkusu" was born and im sticking with it. when i hopped to asura i ended up losing my name due to someone being a jerk and said *** it and used the name generator which gave me yunalaysca, now that i hopped servers to lakshmi i have my old name back.
Got mine from a list of suggested Elven names in a DnD handbook.
I had to change my name (again) when Kujata was merged with Valefor. After trying Alizee (old name was Alize), Cabbage, Cabbages, Yoshimi and Yoshime...I went with Vent talk and named myself, Trini!
Because I'm asian. I'm only RNG49 and barely use the sub :D Siren.Screamingbabies

I love coffee. LOVE it! Really. Everything in my house is coffee themed and I also do coffee artwork. holymocha.deviantart.com Probably every character I make will have a coffee reference somewhere in the name. Sukii - I made it up! Sat thinking for ages what to call my char when i switched servers and eventually i spat that out...
Google says though Suki is a japanese girls name and also as a noun means "to like" in the language aswell? :P Quetzalcoatl.Natashaa
