Funny thing is I was ONLINE this morning ... I AFK at night ... so yeah I thought I was ok... decided to zone into MH to change to BLM for retrace and BAM kicked...

SE totally messed the system this month.... none got free-month - everyone on my ls paid the fees... so did i when i checked right now.
Free month in FFXI is a myth unlike ffxiv... SE wont ever do anything good in their first time... Also someone told me in a past thread that billing process was a so easy script and stuff... i told u SE was gonna screw this x.x;

happen to me too. this is lame. i was really lookin forwarded to playing. finally got some free time to play and this happens. FML!

Yeah I would've paid the 15 bucks just to play. They should've had this billing messed worked out in the 2 weeks they were offline.

What I find disconcerting is that SE hasn't even acknowledged that a problem exists and is attempting to resolve it. USC-5024 needs to just goawai

What's disconcerting is that if it isn't fixed until Monday, players who are otherwise nominally paying their monthly fees on a timely basis are getting robbed almost 3 days of the game's services. That's about 10% of your "free" month used up right there.

What is really sad is that even though there is nothing I can do I have spent at least 5 hours today reading/posting in this thread and repeatedly logging into POL instead of you know... doing something else.

Maybe the USC-5024 error code that we're getting will be upgraded to an LM-11 for whatever reason. o.O

It's been a little over 8 hours since I woke up and saw that I was disconnected. Still no content IDs to look at or reactivate. Can't get into membership info to magically replace my CC info with the same info to make it work. I really hope this doesn't continue until monday..

Just got this was playing normally doin my trial as its finally *** fire weather boom dc'd, try to login in says my account is closed for unpaid fees!?!?! God they cant get a damn thing right

I love that all these people were deactivated for unpaid fees during a month that was supposed to have no monthly fee.

The only fee that I would have had to pay was the xpack, and i'm surprised they didn't hold off on billing that with the regular sub fee.

Still have yet to hear from an SE official about this, this is pretty disheartening to see that SE absolutely does not give two shits about their player base when something goes wrong.
