Yeah same issue with me. Fell asleep last night, woke up to a message saying i was disconnected, tried logging back in but got the message about no content IDs - can't review, can't obtain, can't reactivate, can't change billing, can't look at membership options, SE not available to help. Glad I'm not the only one but still pissed. SE needs to get their ***together.

UCS-5024 is the error I get. It's just weird. With as many people having issues as there is, I'm wondering why there isn't even anything going on with SE's information about it. Do they even know about it?

I would sure as hell hope so, the official forum has like 6 threads about it and i'm assuming they know cause they have updated the EU maintenance thread.

Friend just had this problem....told her to redo CC info and reactivate...it worked...Idont know if this was already mentioned.

I would do this but the issue is I can't even get logged into POL because of this
So I guess we just wait it out until somebody has some definitive information.

yeah, same here. This is just *** lame. Seriously wondering with as many people as there are, why there isn't anything being done about this

Just woke up, still getting UCS-5024.

I get this error when I try to access my membership information as well as when I attempt to view content IDs, so unfortunately I can not try the update your info and reactivate method. :(

Well, I have to lead a dyna-xarbard clear in 5 hours and it doesn't look like that's going to happen. SE appearantly isn't aware of this issue. They've posted absolutely nothing about it whatsoever.

I'm getting further annoyed by this issue, I would have gladly paid april fees just to have avoided this ***.

The thing that really irks me is that even though so many people are posting about this problem SE seems to either be taking their sweet *** time fixing it, or not doing anything at all until Monday, in which case if they do not do anything till Monday... I may reconsider not reactivating my accounts at that time.

Okay this is basically whats going on for me right now. I have 3 accounts (Each with a POL ID and it's own subscription) at my disposal, one which is my main active account (Lillica) and 2 accounts which I do not use (Janakin and Herpaderp). I use the same CC info for all 3 of them which has been both verified and at one point accepted an automatic payment for SE at the beginning of the month. Both of the unused accounts were turned off on Feb 25th, so they were not active during March and did not qualify for the free month of service however my main account was. Currently (using the same POL browser without restarting it) Lillica gets the UCS-5024 errors while Janakin and Herpaderp are able to access all the options and step required to reactivate the content IDs.

This leaves me with the following conclusions.

1. This is not a POL Viewer or PC related problem.
2. This is not a CC related issue.
3. This is somehow tied specifically to my account which was active during the downtime qualifying it for the free month.

What still baffles me is how when I was disconnected on my main account the content ID for my character "Lillica" was turned off and the content ID for my mule "Acillil" was turned on briefly (both ID's were on the same POL Account in this case).

Idk, I jst checked again and still getting USC error. I think we're all *** til SE gets off their *** and acknowledges something

I was looking forward to a lazy Saturday but since this *** happened... I'm going to work, FML.

Yeah i've ended up doing other stuff and periodically checking back but seriously dude it's been almost all day without any type of mention of this *** other then on the EU side (which confuses the *** out of me as to why the EU get ***worked on but NA doesn't >.>)

It's more the fact that SE is not saying anything on this issue and is letting it go on for god knows how long that is seriously bad for them businesswise.

If I had to choose to pay 15 bucks of the hassle of putting up with a shitty archaic billing system that doesn't seem to handle this type of thing... I would gladly pay the 15 bucks.

I also installed FFXI on another PC to make sure it is not a PC related to my account issue, and I got the USC error at both the membership information and content ID screens.

I can't think of any steps aside from this I could take to troubleshoot this on my end, unless anyone has any ideas I guess I am just going sit tight.

I am using a Visa checking card.

It shouldn't matter what they/we use really. April is a free month and besides, maint. is supposedly over, thereby allowing us to reactivate or whatever. But it's not allowing us to do anything. Can't even REVIEW our content ID's or payment information. This is sickening.

Free month my *** - i just got billed 16€ for this month... wtf is going on with SE..... I didnt play for 2 weeks in march and they debit us for an ENTIRE month?
