So from what I understand ... they either fixed it ... or are telling us the obvious of how to reactivate... but ... funny thing is THIS ***IS STILL NOT WORKING.

Well. It did work for me. I had to go into member services and update my payment info...to the same info that it already had saved....brilliant. Atleast it was only down for 36hours or 24 or however long its been. Now i can go back to dual boxing ulhuadshi! yay

Yeah I love this, I really do, it's showing me how much of an unprofessional business SE is.
I authored this thread a loooooooooooooooooooooooonnnnnnnnng time ago and I am now finally able to log in!!!!!!!! I had to update my CC information and was NOT charged for April. It was a real pain in the *** though. I put the information a few times before it finally took (kept getting "Server busy or payment information invalid" error). I finally logged all the way out, rebooted my computer( I play on a laptop) and went in from scratch. That's when it took. For those of you that have successfully gained access, congratulations! For those of you still without access, godspeed and good luck. Especially Sic (I'll be looking for you ig)

Yeah lucky you, the've at least fixed the CC issue then, they still havent fixed up their massive *** *** up that does not allow anyone to reactivate the god damn ID from logging in.

At this point i'm serious in saying this that if I have to wait till monday, gonna call them up, tell them to reactivate my ID, then politely tell them to learn to run their *** business.
I restarted my computer and still getting the same ***. >_<

It seems the only people that got "fixed" were the people that were already able to get to the POL main screen, while the people that are stuck trying to reactivate their account from the message you get when trying to log in are still getting screwed.
On xbox here so it's not singled out to a certain platform or OS.. Do people even do their jobs anymore?

Apparently SE is trying the new tactic of not giving a *** about their customer base until they start getting nasty phone calls... oh right we can't do that till monday....
haha, i log on this morning and get the "your account has been deactivated due to unpaid fees"......
i click "log out", and am still able to navigate the dashboard lol, (basically i'm still able to use the pol client) XD

This sucks they didn't fix the whole problem, cause I still get the same error as before.
