POL?

I'm getting 1104 now too. It let's me update my payment information, but after verifying, returning to the 'submit' it kicks me out and gives me the USC-1104 when I try to reactivate

I sooo agree, I'm assuming their billing service cannot handle the $0.00 charge, it demands cash. Having it go for $0.00 killed it.

I don't think anyone can help us other then SE once they decide to *** fix this, it's a problem on their end, not ours.
Either they need to reactivate the players that were forced out or at least let us get past this stupid error.

O.O i looked at my bank account and see a charge for my primary account for the same amount and from the same place as my CC had... so i paid it.... its just not letting me in... this is a whole new level of *** up

Ironically i was going to cancel my content ID this month, but it seems i can't log on POL because it says i have unpaid fees. Now the problem is the card i use expired halfway through March and it says March isn't paid for. I thought SE bills u at the start of the month or maybe it doesn't occur till end of the month? XD
So my question is, does the billing occur at the start or at the end of the month and is this my fault and i need to register the new card to pay for March or is this their fault and March is already paid for?

you just gave me an awesome idea....
Just DC'd from the game. Tried logging back in and it said that I have no content id. This miffed me even moreso. I attempted to reactivate the content ID and it wouldn't let me. I think it has something to do with payment and whatnot, but I thought this month was free anyways, so what gives?
