Elemental WS's Question

Can elemental ranged WS's (such as Hot Shot) get a red weakness reading?

I want to get Cuelebre's atma for completion in Abyssea - Taharongi, was thinking on having a RNG getting us a reading and then have the ws ready for when it uses Mighty Strikes and it becomes vulnerable to melee dmg (unless there's an easier way i'm not thinking of).

If regular ranged weaponskills tell you the hint for blue, i'd assume elemental ranged ws's do the same to tell you the hint for red.

yeah, my guess would be it probably does.

Hotshot gives ruby :S

So I'd imagine only the Mythic WS would give a red reading

only rng ws's that count for reds are the empy's e.g. wildfire, hotshot and others do not work

have a smn chuck a garuda at it, point and laugh at the poor dragon, wait for a mighty strikes and earth crusher it.

Try using cyclone for a hint. It's AoE range 15' will hit him in the air.
