Anime conventions. Also don't completely rule out chatting up strangers, just watch for cues and leave if you're making them uncomfortable. Can even schedule a friend to call you or something and be like SORRY GOTTA GO, and if they thought you were interesting they'll probably request contact information~

Anime conventions are really the best at finding girls that suit your wants. Depending where you live there might be one or two a year in your area. You just have to put yourself out there and find a girl you think is cute, talk to her, odds are she either likes anime or games, or both.

Really Ninian...*** wing man play....have the text per typed, ***goes bad hit the send button! It's like a SOS beacon. But yeah one thing is that people have to be willing to make the effort to be out going and talk to someone they don't know. Half the time having enough balls to talk to a girl you don't know impresses them because it shows confidence.
