Pokemon City

Shitty version of previous Frontiers. Functions the same for the most part, but a few things:

1) Didn't have any Triple Battle arenas.
2) Two Frontier Brains, as described in the .gif above. Really? Gimmie some more variety than that.
3) Rewards from BP were very stupid compared to previous installations. Even the TMs were pretty bad.

B/W endgame was the only horrible thing about it.

I'm playing older verions like Emerald / Platinum / SoulSilver to get some interesting ones to trade over to B/W for B/W 2.

Emerald is my favorite. They really need to remake it for one reason: Special and Physical attacks. Wasn't introduced until Gen IV. I want my Waterfall to be useful :(

i was thinking to download some older versions on my psp but i dunno i still am working on ff9 xD

I want a Pokemon game where you can go to all the regions. Even if it's for the Wii (since the only purpose my Wii serves atm besides Brawl is a space filler.) But, of course, why would they ever do that?

Names of the 2 Kyurem forms announced

Translation:
Sparkling-Blue "Black Kyurem"!
Burning-Red "White Kyurem"!
These are the appearances of Kyurem's Overdrive!

Apparently Kyurem will change form when its emotions get worked up and going into the "Overdrive" status.

Oh wow they're producing a sequel in the same generation? I'm a bit surprised they're finally doing something new with the series.

PS: It's Nobunaga's Ambition + Pokemon translated in English. I'm surprised they're releasing it here. This also means that the world will also get Nobunaga's Shiny Rayquaza as a mystery gift soon.

Photos of this month's issue of CoroCoro have leaked early, revealing the first substantial details for Pokemon Black 2 and White 2.

(1st scan) The games are true sequels, taking place two years after the originals.
The Unova region sports new towns, buildings, locations, and Gym Leaders. New subway lines will take you to new places.

Half of the map is covered by ice for unknown reasons.

The Pokedex features 300 Pokemon from every generation. So far, Psyduck is #026, Riolu is #033, Metagross is #254, and Eevee is confirmed but has an unknown Dex number.

Black Kyurem is confirmed to know Freeze Shock and White Kyurem is confirmed to know Ice Burn.

(2nd scan) There are two new protagonists along with a new rival. The rival has text saying, "Now I'm gonna get angry!" He's the boy with the blue spiky hair. He is your childhood friend.

Homika is a new Poison-type Gym Leader. She's the girl holding the guitar. She is going to be in an episode of the show on June 14th.

Shizui is also a new Gym Leader who uses Water Pokemon. He's the tan guy with the goggles.

There is a new "mysterious guy" named Akuroma who is studying Pokemon strength. Sometimes he'll help you on your journey. He's the guy with the glasses and white coat.

(3rd scan) You begin your journey in Hiougi City. It is on the map in an area that was previously uninhabited in the original games on the left side of Unova (the southwest side). To reach the main region, you travel underwater through a glass tunnel. The city features a Pokemon Center, a Trainer School, and shops.
The magazine points out that there is new construction in the Resort Desert and that there is a new building with red and blue decorations. For the latter it says, "What's it mean?"

I like the character design of Homika, the Poison-type leader. lol that gym's gonna be a fun one from what I can see in the screenshot

I don't like your childhood friend's character design... he looks like a dickface. The MC designs are meh. I prefer the original B/W's designs.

But with this being a true sequel, it better be a damn good one.

Conquest is fun. I have no idea what's going on story-wise since it's all in Japanese but gameplay it's basically Final Fantasy Tactics with Pokemon, except every Pokemon only has one move.

If you want Pokemon Dynasty Warriors gameplay style, then play Pokemon Rumble Blast.

AS for B/W2, I'll copy my post from another site.

The male protag looks fine, but the female one looks really out-going, more like a new Lass design. No real complaints though. I'm excited that we can exceed the B/W Pokemon pre-Elite Four. The fact that the legendaries now have elemental fused moves...will the move be Ice AND Electric? Perhaps they'll start introducing dual-type moves?

Seems to be an ice move with an electric after effect.
