Minecraft anyone?
When done the way I have in mind, the stairs would come out of the walls, spiraling down the shaft leading to my city. All done by hitting 1 switch.
Pretty much the same principle, only the stairs are where the dirt blocks are, and you put the sticky pistons in a spiral. I'll fire up a creative server and have a play, see if I can get it right.

so yeah I haven't really played minecraft in ages, is there like a dummy guide for all the ***I can do? I totally forgot I had actually bought it up until like 2 days ago :p

It's as simple as I could think of making it, there's probably a more efficient/better looking way of doing it, but I'm still a redstone noob :3
Should be fairly easy to tweak/transfer the idea into the area you're working with, if it's the kind of thing you're after.
Just hit up YouTube, there's millions of guides for pretty much anything you can think of. There's so much stuff, without being slightly more specific, it's gonna be hard to be more direct with tuts, lol.

I fully rendered the map earlier, not sure if HD or not, but it took awhile. DId Drake find his island again?

I get that too, no idea how to fix it.

the Tyler kids story, near as I can tell, is he was a friend of another player who came from AH and stopped playing. He is a great builder but a bit immature, and has already been given a 1 month ban for begging to be OP and abusing creative mode. If he begins harassing again feel free to IP ban him.
Also I couldn't get the map to load, any chance you could re-upload it somewhere like photobucket.

Accidentally crashed the server using the //sphere command. I got the block ID and size values mixed up and it created over 900K blocks....
Right over Xellith's Apartment building ; ; Might take a bit to fix if it's as bad as I'm imagining.
Whoops. I'll help clean it up when the server is brought back up.

It's /sphere <block ID> <size>
I reversed it -_-

Strangely they were gone when we logged back on.
I play Minecraft with a fair bit of my free time, only thing is though its all offline. I tried Online once and its just seemed so confusing to me >.> So yeah I may "try" to join you all
